Welcome to Soul Healing Hypnosis, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Soul Healing Hypnosis," "we," "us," or "our"). By using soulhealinghypnosis.com (the "Site") or booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Our services

Soul Healing Hypnosis, LLC, owned and operated by Jennifer Collman, offers hypnosis, past-life regression, and related soul-led sessions, in person in Texas and virtually by secure video. A free introductory call is offered to determine fit before booking a paid session.

Important disclaimer, please read

Hypnosis and past-life regression are offered for relaxation, self-improvement, and personal exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or care.

• Jennifer Collman and Soul Healing Hypnosis do not provide medical or mental-health treatment and do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• Our services are intended for adults 18 and older.
• If you have a medical or mental-health condition, please consult a qualified, licensed provider. Do not stop or change any prescribed treatment based on a session.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this.

Booking, payment, and cancellations

Session fees are shown at the time of booking and are due as described during scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to be 18 or older, and to use the Site and our services lawfully and respectfully.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Soul Healing Hypnosis or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Healing Hypnosis and Jennifer Collman are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You participate at your own risk and discretion.

Text messaging (SMS)

Soul Healing Hypnosis sends text messages to clients, including replies to questions, free-consultation and appointment confirmations and reminders, and session follow-ups for our hypnotherapy practice.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (831) 428-9179. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at jennwesselman@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
